this week was the first week back in classes since i came back to Padova, Italy back in mid January. the month without classes i spent settling into my new appartment, relaxing a lot, watching a ton of movies/tv shows, and taking day trips to cities nearby in Italy...but now the confusion of trying to find classes that will work has begun again
this past weekend/week was Carnivale in Venice and i went both on sunday and tuesday(martedi grasso). Sunday was my favorite day because Talin, Steph and i dressed up as cards with the rest of the deck run by our British/Italian friend Martino. It was really fun to be some of the people that everyone wants to take pictures with because of your costumes, etc. Tuesday we dressed up with fairies and met up with some of our other italian friends.
Tomorrow i am testing out some art history classes and history of artistic technique classes so that will be interesting. i will try to keep up with this blog and spruce it up a bit more later
